Where do I find the new crafting materials?

I've seen them in the tel var stores, but what about finding them elsewhere?

You can get them primarily in the Imperial City by deconstructing the loot, in Dungeons that scale to your Veteran rank you'll also get some gear drops you can decon. Give it a go, thankfully there is a way for non-IC players to still get some mats for their gear

Decon is the best way to get the mats, they buffed the IC decon rate in 2.1.2 (pts only) I think.

Equipment mats only by deconning v15-16 items. There are no harvest nodes.

You get v15 gear for bosses in normal dungeons scaled to v15 or higher. Gold and Silver undaunted keys also have a chance to give v15 loot.
