Senche Mounts - Very low detail

Since I've loaded the IC patch all the Senche mounts except for the Black Panther has lost all of its sharp detail. All the other graphics are fine, other mounts looks fine but the Senche is very washed out.

I've opened a ticket with Tech Support but was wondering if anybody else has this issue.

Yes! The Senche mounts, which I paid so much for, look terrible now! All the nice beautiful details are gone. They look very blurred out and are not pleasant to look at at all now ...

Tech support got back to me and asked me to run the Game Consultant (didnt run anyways) , I think that runs a hardware check but I know its not a hardware problem. I run the latest version of os have 16 Gigs ram and a 2 Gig Video card, I have a 27 inch Imac. Everything was fine until the patch.

Hello everyone. I have this exact same issue and have been in contact with the support staff, which then escalated this problem to a specialised team that analysed my OS X system profiler report. This seems to be an issue with the Mac version and the Senche mounts as Windows users see them correctly but we see them with very low quality.

This didn't happen before and it was definitely introduced with yesterday's patch. The support team also recommended me to submit this as a bug report in-game by using the command /bug in the chat window. All of you who are also experiencing this should submit this bug report as well to help track down the issue.

Please do not report this bug anymore.

This issue happens on all macs.

It only effects a few mounts.

We found an art problem yesterday on those mounts.

We will fix it in a future update.

If it helps the Black Panther Senche seems to be ok, its the rest of the cats.

Any idea when this will be fixed.

Well just checked and this patch didnt fix the problem, must say I was disappointed in that

I'm also sad to report that the problem persists and the latest patch hasn't fixed the bug.

This was reported over a week ago and the bug was promptly confirmed as documented so it's surprising that no effort was taken in order to fix it in this patch. This bug affects purchased Senche mounts from the Crown Store, which are bought with real money. It should be a priority to fix this as people are investing real money in these mounts.

When can we expect a fix?

Can some player confirm if this bug has been fixed in today's patch (2.1.6)?

I'm in the EU megaserver so I will have to wait another day before I can check it myself.

Don't hold your breath. Odds are that this is going to stay as it is for a long time just like all the other bugs that last since the game launched. Just typical ZOS.

I just logged in and notice some of the other player's armour has the same faded, low detail work. Will this be fixed in tomorrow's patch?

I just hope that this issue isn't put completely on the backburner just because it's a mac specific issue... I know we're a small piece of the gaming pie, but mac users are people too... I think.
