Cleanse (morph of purge)

Is Cleanse nerfed or bugged? I had been using it a lot today while getting hit by fire ballista and I was not getting healed. The DoT was being removed, however. Also, allies have been getting the heal correctly far as I could tell from FTC and recount reports.

I didn't see anything about this in the patch notes (I just CTRL+F'd cleanse) so is this a bug or a change that was unintentionally omitted?

I hope it's not nerfed, Cleanse was a very useful self-heal for me.
