still trying to figure out if they altered it back to not being a DoT but finding it tricky atm due to randoms healing me as they walk past

✭✭It's a Single Target ability. Cloak will negate all single target ability's.
Why would you think it's a DoT? It's technically damaging someone over a channel period but not the way DoT's do.PS4 NA DC0 -
