Slot #2 on the restoration staff is a free spot, any skill can be put there. My top skills I would put in that slot would be Proximity Detonation, Eruption, Engulfing, or Entropy.

✭FYI, I have The Ritual as a Mundus right now, which is increase healing. When I put one piece of armor on with DIvines, my Healing Springs stay the same amount (920 on this test). When I put a second piece with Divines on, my heals go up to 933, and that may be from the inc Max Magicka. A third piece of Divine armor keeps the heals at 933.
