Wow, you've actually created the most realistic war simulation ever. Trust me I know, I've was deployed to Kosov for the rolling start invasion, And I'm sure anyone that has been in the military will attest to this. How have you done this I hear you ask? Simple really. it's WAITING!!!! I'm really not sure what's happening on the NA server, but surely with the NA server being updated 24 hours before EU that alarm bells would have started ringing about availability of access to Cyrodiil.

It's not like we've been waiting for the City to open up for the last 18 months and everyone is eager to get there so we can experience the Days of Future Past from Oblivion. It's no like there's any unique armour in there to farm for or anything like that. Oh sorry there is, my mistake silly me

I've persuaded a friend to get the game, he'll be arriving on Monday or Tuesday, and I'm really not sure what I'm going to say to him.

Yeah, nothing like logging in to Cyrodil to see a 70 person queue ahead of you.....reminds me of the old WoW battlefield queues. Wasn't a fan of those at all. I wonder why they decided to drop the other 30 day campaign....did they really think that combining everyone into one 30 day campaign wasn't going to cause problems????

On NA last night, I didn't get to play my usual Cyrodil pvp for the first time in months.
Couldn't even see the Imperial City, which I have been waiting for, and held my subscription for.

Que position 96 - and campaign locked. I made it to position 8 before I had to call it a night...

Hopefully tonight will be better. Going to try and que up an hour before I can actually play. Sucks having to try and watch for that 1 minute window to join the campaign though.

No idea what was going through the mind of the genius that came up with that idea. Load times have really been extended on my machine, have to wait for add ons to be updated so they're working again, and way shrines not showing in the standard compass is annoying. It's like they've hired staff from another company that's not too far away from them that's had a massive lay off and are notorious for breaking parts of the game that had nothing to do with what they are updating, then left them in charge to deal with the update.

Obviously you're not in the game at the moment.... For starters, you can only have 1 home, and 1 guest server. Want to change your home it is going to cost you, and then pick wisely as you do not know the size of the queue until you've set it as a home or guest. And then you have a cool down timer preventing you from changing again. So sorry to say that is pretty much bad advice.

Get in the queue when you first log on. Then do house keeping while you wait. Respec, check auctions, craft, etc. Time goes by and before you know it you are in. Frankly i am glad there are queues since I like seeing this game with a healthy population. Anyway, we all know these queues are not going to last forever so just hold tight.

Do you know what the current ceiling is for each server? I believe it's 250 per faction. That would make it 1,250 per faction able to get into Cyrodiil.

That is not a sign of a healthy population. Besides, another thread was on about how they went into the Gold Tower, did it, got sent back to Grahtwood and had to rejoin the queue. It's just madness.

As for won't last forever, well it shouldn't be happening now. People in the company get paid a fortune to predict stuff like this is going to happen. Your money pays for their wages. Therefore you are giving money to people who are not listen to, therefore that is a waste of money.
