Thundering Presence vs Boundless Storm.

How does the extra damage of this ability compare to the increased buff duration of Boundless Storm?
The base aoe damage of Lightning Form is very very low, I'm not sure increasing it by 300% for 4 seconds makes a big difference?
Also, "some" class stamina morphs cost 20% less stamina now, does this apply to Thundering Presence?

Zlater✭✭✭The difference between stam and Magicka DPS on this skill can be almost 1000 DPS if you are speced into the opposite stat. The 300% boost isn't worth recasting either, you are going to have a bunch of extra trouble keeping your stam/magicka up now and I assure you it's not worth recasting.
