............which you can get by doing dailies. Are these dailies in IC or are these dailies outside IC? Or was it a rumour not to be trusted?
I cannot find it in patch notes and i am still downloading Ic since i just got home from work.

✭✭✭I think you have to complete main story quests inside IC and then you can get access to the repeatable dailies quests inside IC.

@Tessie You are in PvP flagged zones, so yes, there is a chance you will get ganked/die/etc. from PvP. Although, once you receive the box of stone, if you do NTO open it, no one is allowed to take the box of stones from you. You can head back to your safe zone (where there is no PvP), open the box and bank them.

Glad I could help. If you're not a huge fan of PvP. I would highly recommend you head there with a group for the sole purpose of completing the quests together, or try at some outrageous time as I mentioned earlier Oh, also I imagine if you wait a couple weeks IC may slow down as people trickle back into their "daily" routine in ESO.
