How to update the client?

How do I update to the latest patch? When I run the client and try to login it just tells me to update the client! I thought it was supposed to update automatically?

I have seen this on the help page but i dont see a "Game Options" option at all on the Launcher screen:

"To update The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Launcher players simply need to:

Open The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited launcher.
Click on the Game Options arrow located in the middle of the launcher under the News section.
Click on Check for updates."

Found it! For anyone else having this issue you can run the update client manually here:

c:\program files(x86)\Zenimax Online

and run the application file called "Bethesda.net_Launcher"
