Means you're banned or something's really messed up on their side with the first option being the most possible.

It's PC, but there is no reason I should be banned I assure you...

Could be a server problem due to mass amounts of players using the service, so it is worth re-trying a few more times to see if it gives in, I guess.

nope still access denied... So I can play the game, talk on the forums but can't reach the homepage or my account?

Oh. Then it's a must to contact the support. (Btw, when writing an email try to use "directly with a gamemaster" and similar key-phrases, so you won't get automated bot response in the first place. Once noticed, always worked for me.)
