what is considered "elite Xivkyn" ?

ive killed a few static sewer bosses, a few sweepter on the surface as well. my acheivement says ive only killed 1 elite xivkyn however. so what ARE elite xivkyn? is it the roaming sewer bosses that walk around? thanks

crazmadsci✭✭✭There is a full list of the bosses in the achievement section. Typically I have found during PTS testing that the sewer sweepers who have massive flags xivkyn were elite.
