• Can hardly jump when crouched.
• They added a guard to the Vulkhel Guard barracks. That was cute. Only cost me an hour of time and around 2k gold in loot.
• At level 20, I can no longer 1-shot level 5 civilians. I could yesterday.

Well, to be completely fair, they leave out the notes for good changes also. It's a systemic problem of the patch notes writers or those who feed them information, and not any devious plan of suppression.
