If I cancel my subscription what happens?

This is possible the worst "patch" in history. This is "New Coke" in code form. This makes Windows 8 look like a good idea.
I'm trying to play thru the Thrizzrini Arena quest in Reaper's March. Here's how it's gone so far...
Beat up some NPC's and get certified.
Talk to the quest giver.
Walk into the arena and wait and wait and wait for it to load
Kill some NPCs
Walk out of the arena and wait and wait and wait for it to load
Talk to the quest giver
Walk into the arena and wait and wait and wait for it to load
Kill some NPCs
Walk out of the arena and wait and wait and wait for it to load
Talk to the quest giver
Walk into the arena and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and... kill the game and log back in...
Walk into the arena and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and... kill the game and log back in...
Walk into the arena and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and... OMG! I'm in the arena! After half an hour I was finally able to get into the arena for the Summoner's Challenge. I've killed the game and restarted twice after waiting 10 minutes each time.
I've spent 40 minutes of the last hour "questing" or more correctly "staring at loading screens". And add to that the total nerf to stamina tanks, the broken Journal screen, toggle abilities seemingly turning off randomly outdoors, there are tons of steps backwards with this "patch". So sorry if I sound a little cranky but I'm not paying $15/mo to be a beta tester for ZOS. So what will happen when I cancel my subscription and how do I go about doing that?

✭✭You do it from your account page. What will happen? You'll lose access to Imperial City, you'll lose the Tamriel Unlimited XP bonus, and you won't get Crowns once a month. Other than that, you can keep on playing.1 -

and stamina dk got upped real nice in pvp very tanky and good dmg, I really don't think tanks got nerfed that much in pve, I mean I do not play perma block. Though I have not played as a tank in trials , but as a dd and I can not see why I would change my tank style from dungeons and whatnot when I play in trials.

i sub'd got 1500 crowns then canceled, now i cant get into the DLC even though im still premium active it wont let me in unless I resub for auto resub LOL0

Just a side question: did you also get the "Murderer" achievement from killing a champion?^^ (because I did with 2 characters, but before the update already lol)

Really? I've played thru the Thrizzrini Arena several times. It was never this bad, not even close. Loading screens all over the game suck today. It seems they've taken a problem and made it much, much worse. And I'm sick of paying for the privilege of getting to watch them ignore the problems and pretend like there's nothing wrong.
