Looking for Brenton Templar healer/leveling build

Hello, I just started playing and made a Brenton Templar. With this I decided to step away from what I normally do, dps, and try something new healing. Now obviously I can't be pure healing since I do need to solo and level. I'm playing on PS4 if that makes a difference. Any builds, advice, or guides are very welcomed. Thanks.

I am also willing to consider a tank build. Prefer healing but I want to mainly try support roles.

I'm only level 17, but, so far, I'm leveling fine as a solo healer. I kill a little slower than others, but I rarely die (unless I do something stupid).

Points spent in Restoration Staff, Light Armor, and Restoring Light passives. I use Puncturing Sweep (morph of Puncturing Strike), Reflective Light (morph of Sun Fire), Breath of Life (morph of Rushed Ceremony), Illustrious Healing (morph of Grand Healing), and Rapid Regeneration (morph of Regeneration). For my Ultimate I use Solar Disturbance (morph of Nova).

I use white +Magicka runes for the clothing and a white +weapon damage for the staff. I use +Magicka and reduced Magicka cost jewelry. My first 10 stat points went into Health and the rest into Magicka.

However, this is not my first toon. Common wisdom with your first toon is to wear a combination of heavy/medium/light so you build up all the armor types and don't just focus on one. Unlike other games, you're not restricted in the type of armor you wear and anyone can heal if they put points into the Restoration Staff skill line; Templars just have some extra skills and passives that help with healing.

I wanted a break from my main and I wanted to make a cloth healer so that's why I'm narrowly focusing my points with this toon.

When you get to level 15 (if you haven't already) you'll get your second skill bar and you can swap between the two. Make one DPS with a damage weapon of some kind and make the other your healing with your restoration staff.

Last, but not least, check out Deltas Gaming Templar builds. He includes breakdowns for leveling some of the builds, which is really helpful.
