No because I'm VR3, no reason in the world to be there until I'm more leveled.

The city itself was a disappointment anyways. The sewers are nice though.

I'm vet 1 myself. They added the new vet campaign battle level feature so I'm battle-leveled to be a little bit more competitive against VR14's and it works well. That means that anybody no matter what his level can enjoy Imperial City.
You should give it a shot again mate. You will see, it 's pretty fun

Yes and No. (So I didn't vote, because it's not that straightforward).

In terms of the gameplay, yes I loved it. I went in and found a group who were happy to have me, I joined in, I earned tel var stones, I lost tel var stones, I won some again, I lost some again, I killed mobs, I killed enemy players, I got killed myself a couple of times, that happens and it is no big deal. It was also really really good fun.

But the LAG. OMG Zeni, are you EVER going to look into performance issues???? It was like wading through treacle in winter. Slow, sticky, and left a bitter taste in the mouth. I felt lucky any time my framerate hit double figures.

So I'm back in the city, and there's no one there, at least in the arena section.

It seems people are just picking a section to zerg in, and arena isn't one of them.

How annoying.

Its fine, you roll with a small group the fights are dynamic and sort of fun, and then BAM 30+ reds just blast your group and take everything youve worked for an hour to get. I cant fight them, elusive mist doesnt let me get away... and now all of my stones are gone. Cant express more my disappointment with this patch and all of its bs nerfs.

I would actually be happy if Zeni just straight out said what spec I have to have to get Cyro/IC to run at anything other than a slideshow.
Right now I am above recommended spec on all fronts, and it is utterly abysmal performance.
At least if they said "well you need to have x, y, or z bit of kit" I would know what to save up for in my next upgrade/build cycle.

I said it in a previous thread, that casuals would be utterly punished by this massive catering to the elite section.

This is why you don't listen to elite players. So many fail pledges today, and probably tomorrow until the casual tanks either reroll or quit.

I mostly play alone, so.. no reason for me to buy it.
And as long as the overall performance remains as horrible as it is since the update, I don't see a reason to even try it solo.

Campaign with no keep capture ruleset........... That's why keep capture was better, to spread the zerg out of the City, but no, the carebears screamed for acces 24/24, i told was the worst solution, because if your alliance is the underdog one, you are not going to play vs overpop alliance.

I really like the new content. Is everything 100% perfect? No, of course not. But it's pretty fun to zip around in a Daedra-infested labyrinth, never sure when someone's going to sneak up on you just as you take out that boss... It's a great blend of PvE and PvP. Also, it's *** beautiful (in a scary way).

Meh. Gameplay is kinda fun, but the game performance is getting worse by the patch and has been since 1.3. I know a lot of people will tell me it's my machine, but when nothing changed with my computer between yesterday and today, and the game is worse today, I can safely assume that it's not an issue with my setup. The game is so poorly optimized and every update compounds the issue.

You know that the DLC just got released, right? Think of it as GTA heist dlc, it messed up the whole friggin servers and it was impossible to play..

My point is; don't blame the baby, it just got released. Lol. Zeni might have had 100 testers before the release, now there is a hundred thousand. Feel the difference?

Performance has sucked in the game since the update as well (i5, 16Gb, 2Gb 7900 radeon) and the UI bug that means a screen UI rebuild every time you zone is driving me nuts.

I am enjoying it a lot, very exciting, much better than on the PTS as there is a lot more risk involved and you have to be a lot more careful. I'm loving it.
