Invalid game time card code

just bought a 60 day time card and went to redeem code,then it ask to enter game registration code 1st.I dont know where that code is,atm.So i went to billing history and saw the digital game transaction so i assumed the code is the one under "Digital Edition" so I input that code followed by time card code and it tells me invalid code.Ticket # 150831-003126

    After a very long waiting for a response this is what i get? WTF,do they even read what my issue is?

    Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance.

    UI issues? who mention UI issues? Console patch? Im on PC!!!!And yeah I already did a search in support forums and nothing that resolve my issue.I paid money for a product and didnt get anything in return thats thievery.I bough a time card for $30 dollars and it say Invalid Code.I didnt get what I paid for.Help please.

    Try contacting them by phone for your region, it would be hard for them to miss you or (not on purpose I don't think) ignore you. If I have an issue which doesn't happen often I contact them by phone and the individual's that answer are very helpful. They probably have a lot going on with the new DLC launch on PC and so forth, so if calling by phone doesn't work give it a day or two or ask a moderator and or a ZOS employee here on the forums to up your ticket and explain to them why you need it upped. GOOD LUCK :smile:

    EDIT: Try looking for a grey tab on the back of the card try scratching it with your finger nail does it start to come off. If it does keep scratching and there should be your code.

    The issue is not really resolved. Game time cards form some vendors are not working and have not been since I tried in February this year. The issue is not isolated to certain customers but some retail vendors of these cards don't have issues is what I've been told. What I have not been told is what vendors are not having issues so I don't have to jump through Customer Service hoops like walking across town to pay to have a receipt and game time card scanned to a file on a disk, walk the 1.5+ mile back home to email CS directly from my account, having them ignore the file requested to resolve the issue and have them telling me I have to submit the info I already submitted, taking sometimes 36 hours just to get subscriber benefits when I could buy a game time card for another MMO from Walmart and go home, enter the code on my acct page and play with zero issue.

    When will we be getting a proper answer to when this will actually be resolved for all vendors and all current and potential consumers for this issue? Does it have to be brought up in mass media to be resolved properly? Does Wired or IGN need or other gaming publications have to bring it to everyone on the internet to be noticed in a grand fashion worldwide to be resolved?
