Pugilist Skill Line (i.e. Unarmed Combat)

I don't know how in depth this has been discussed before but I was wondering what are peoples thoughts on a Pugilist Skill line. It could be added in with the weapon skill tree with the "Gloves of the Pugilist" being the weapon of choice. After a cursory search of unarmed combat, I can see that there is indeed interest in such a thing. What kind of attacks would you like to see included? Would they be mostly/all Stamina based or should Magicka be included as well? What class and race do you think would work best with such a skill line?

The term confused me at first

Pugilist = one who fights with fists

I was surprised that ESO did not have an unarmed skill line, but would definitely like one

would prefer stamina mostly for a werewolf combo

    a skill line for PUG's?
is this real thing? i think might be good i suppose. will it help get groups for them and make thier skill line in group more effecient as a pug? how would you even know it was a pug and if he had his/her pug skill line maxed out or not?
what types of PUG skills would this include?

good idea i guess, is worth a try imo.

I think you might have PUG (Pick Up Gamer) mixed up with Pugilist. (One who fights with fists)

I've made it more clear in the thread title.

There have been topics about this somewhat recently. But it is something worth considering. Obviously Khajiit would make good use of such a skill tree. Give them an unarmed combat boost like they did in Skyrim. Also, if you've ever been to Khenarthi's Roost, at the various temples on the island there are Khajiit practicing various forms of what appear to be martial arts. And I can't recall if this happens on AD or DC, but on EP there are a few quests that involve you breaking crystals used for some sort of spell where you either do some cool jump-kick type move or do a series of punches to break the crystals. It would be cool to see moves like that implemented into combat.

I don't recall seeing anything like that in Khenarthi's Roost, I may have to revisit the Island to check that out for myself. I was thinking more of a "Fisticuff" kind of skill tree and never really considered using kicks but that sounds cool too. Like roundhouse kicks that do [x] amount of damage and stun/disorient opponents for [y] seconds.

Yes, unarmed is silly. I still want it. That was one of my favorite toons in Skyrim. It wasn't as fully supported as other standard types, but it did have some cool animations. Neck snap. Back breaker.

*-* I would love a Pugilist type skill line. That applied a more martial stance when equipping hand wraps / gloves whatever. I love the thought of doing sudden flurry of blows style activated move and roundhouse kicks, maybe a jump like move to close gaps.
