Everything that was changed to slow stealing down.
Concerning stealing in Hallin's Stand I noticed.
In the Drowsey Old Inn the guy in the middle room was no longer sleeping and up walking around. Adding an NPC that you need to time to steal the locked box.
NPC was added to the Mage guild.
Removed the chest in the fighters guild.
Removed the chest in Ghalada's home(The npc's house that you need to lock pick to get in and a lockedbox was behind a tall dresser).
Added 2 npc's to the Alchemy shop across from Ghalada's house..
I checked Friday and had to complete the quest chain in order to test it. I assumed the chests were removed because they didn't spawn after 20 minutes and I didn't see anyone else. Plus with vr16s I had to complete the quest chain. I assumed no one else wanted to steal from hallin's bad enough on the PTS to complete the chain. Plus its a safe assumption since NPCs were added/changed to patrol in other places.
The reason I'm asking if it will be in the patch notes is because I want to know all the changes made to stealing directly by removing lockboxes or adding more patrolling NPCS. It was so easy to make gold in Hallin's that I had a hunch things would be changed.
