Dark Elf Vampire Fire Mitigation

Currently I am a dark elf vampire with all three skill points invested in the flame mitigation passive. I am also putting champion points into flame mitigation in the warrior constellation. How many points do I need in the constellation to get the maximum allowable mitigation? I don't want to keep putting points into it, if I am already maxed out. Thank you.
