What are the swords that permanently glow blue that I see in game? It's not a enchant, as they continue to glow electric blue??

✭✭Expert hunter reason being is cause it can stack with it's self or something to give massive power boost to every form of enemy and not just undead and daedra but thankfully it got patch in U7.0 -

That was concealed hunter. And, yeah, still it's only got a 20 second timer if you're not using it on undead or daedra... But, if you're fighting either of those, you can extend the timer out for ages.0
