They do, even if they don't show it. If they don't then it's because there are too damn many and most of them are petty.

They answer some of them in ESO Live if you ask in the Ask Us Anything thread. Just pray and hope yours is one of them.
People are gonna say *** regardless of what they do. No mod/admin of anything on this planet and beyond is safe from haters.
