Vampire and vet dungeons

I would like to start doing vet dungeons, I understand that there is a lot enemies that use fire in them and being a Vampire that is not a good thing.Have you played through them with Vampire and if so how did you manage? Or should I just get rid of the Vampire infection?

New patch reduces fire dmg for Vamps. With a couple fire resist enchants you should be good to go.

Well, my character is a dunmer vampire(stage 4 always) that as fire resistance as well I use necklace and 2rings for fire resistance.Lastly, I use 2h weapon for self heal(rally) and wrecking blow on boss as well as on fire mage( use rapid maneuver to evade their attacks and hit their arse).

It is possible to do it. There are only a couple of the bosses that tend to be a real issue, Bogdan the Nightflame is one of them in Elden Hollow, but if you have a good team with a good healer who who can res you when needed then you can get through that fight as well.
Far too many characters to list any more.

I've been a vampire since level 10. I've completed every vet dungeon about 20x each (maybe only 10x for city of ash) usually in stage 3 vampirism.

I never really had a problem with the fire damage. It's easy to avoid the AOE's and just make sure to kill the pyromancers in vet fungal first.

    Not many issues tho.

Why should the healer have to res the vampire?

It's called team work. Most people don't RP.

Don't die and no rez needed. I see a ton of vamps dying from fire damage but its usually because they are bad/inattentive players.

They'd likely be dead even without the vampirism

Im tank, also a healer and I can rez while doing both and RP. So your point is moot.

As a templar healer I tell my team if I can I prefer to res players. I can res em faster and at 100% health. If the situation is too out of hand I'll sound off and tell one of the others to res the down player.

I shall keep the Vampire then, for now. Good to know they are reducing the damage by fire, was going ask if that may happen. If Dungeons can be done with the Vamp Ill crack on. Thanks.

You'll be fine, just don't stand in red circles.

Vet Elden Hollow does seem to have a bug on the Bogden fight. On the 3rd jump, even at full health vampires will die. Not from fire mind you just from the the jump.

It's not just vampires that die. I was a werewolf and died all but 1 time from that jump. I wish I new why I survived lol.

It'd be better to ask a healer how they feel about healing glass vampires.

I'm a vampire and can easily do any dungeon. The only thing I would say is that 'stay out of the red' is slightly more important, but as it should be default behavior anyways, just don't stand in fire.

I'm also a starving vampire as in I almost never feed and am always stage 4
