Guild Bank - Put money in, out of inventory, not in guild bank

I put money into my guild bank - 2500 gold - and it left my inventory but did not register in the guild bank. I checked all my other guilds and my own bank to make sure I was in the right one, and I was. Anyone else have this problem?
