Where is everyone?

Ok for passed few day I've noticed the lack of players questing but noticed a big increase of people farming (pig farm) and grinding just to level yet never see players on quests?
Are players becoming WoW players now or is it just me as i don't see the point in having a game just to farm or sell bites (in real money/ebay).

When the patch hits on Monday there's going to be a big buff to questing XP, so I expect that a lot of people have decided to hold off on questing until then.

Oh, yeah that could be why, so they just take time to farm to get ready or something?

That's my assumption. Probably a lot of people farming mats to do daily crafting writs too, while holding on to the rewards containers for them, as the patch will bring a chance of getting stuff for the new glass motif in those writ rewards containers.

Not to sure about this as well, but I think there are a lot of people on the PTS lately.

I'm less inclined to think it isn't people refraining from questing due to them ALL knowing about the quest buffing, and other things mentioned. I think it's due to people going back to school.

This week was my first week back at college again, and I am not the only one. Meaning less young adults online.

That's my "educated" guess

There holding the quest off till monday cause Vet rank quest are getting a 50% exp boost public dungeons such as Sungiens love shack in Shadowfen will be getting a 100% exp boost so stacked with the quest you get from the dungeon that's a 150% boost and lastly Craglorn is getting a 20% exp boost so doing dalies in Craglorn may be the new grinding spots.

So save those quest people.

I never realised there is going to be a buff to the questing xp (Where have I been) I got to V1 Just doing quests and delves, with maybe five minutes worth of grinding. Doing it for a couple of hours is not something I ever really fancied doing but looks like I will have to if quests are not going to really pay off.

I never knew about the buff as well so that will be great.

Just still wish i knew were everyone is cos as i said you got more round the far than i've seen else were.

So the writ containers are retroactive? Based on when you open them on not when you get them?
