Why has my account been deleted?

Playing on the PS4, so I was on Elder scrolls this morning and was working fine no problem but later on logging in it doesn't have my account so my character is gone, Why has this happened. Anyone else have the same issues?

There's a massive internet outage and it is apparently affecting ZOS servers. While it's only been a couple of hours that ESO has been down the problem started 10 hours ago or so and doesn't appear to be getting resolved. I saw a couple of posts about a new software patch at the ISP that could be the problem, if that's the case they're going to have to rollback all the server software which could take a while. So it's anyone's guess as to when we'll be in Tamriel again.

Did you login to the EU server by mistake?

speaking of which, why don't they let you use the same data? you may want to shift for a day because one server may be messed up while another works fine.

Don't worry, I have the same issue on the EU server! It's because of the outage it seems! Back to Skyrim for me for a while!
