If I Was To Use Magic Detonation How Does Buffing The Explosion's Damage Work??
For example Lets say i buffed up spell power with surge b4 casting Magic Det, Would The Explosion Get The Damage Buff If the timer On Surge Runs Out Before My Det Goes off? Like Does The Damage Of my Magicka Detonation Scale Off My Stats While Casting Or Does It Scale Off My Stats At The Time Of The Explosion? This Question Is For All Dots Not Just For Magicka Det So Please Help A Young Jedi Out Lol.

I'm pretty sure buys apply at the time of the cast of subsequent abilities. If the buff runs out before the dot is finished then u think it still applies. However, I don't know if that applies to synergy abilities.
