Looking for an active/talkative PvP guild in Ebonheart, also PvE endgame

I've spent a bit of time going through a few guilds but even though they state they are PvP with endgame PvE, there seems to be little to no organization or activity in the guild chat channels, which is why I'm here.
Me and my friend are looking for an active, talkative guild, we both have a few vet characters but I mainly play as a healer and Ferris a tank, if you own or know of such a guild that's very active in PvP and PvE endgame, please let me know.
