Imperial NB Stamina medium v's heavy?

So thanks to many on this forum I've been tanking my boy around Craglorn with 2H & bow (yeah I know wtf but it took a boss in a delve from a ledge out of his magic range so I'm not whining). Only time I've ranged anything significant, but it worked.
I'm far from invincible (pairs of storm attonachs for example) & have failed dismally against many bosses, but have solo'd several delves fully & reached most bosses and the such.
Rally & WB are much handier I've found than anything dw or s&b for control & survivability.
I still can't morph path or the such though so in compensating with reapers etc.
He's slow to kill, but slow to be killed too, so I seem to be getting the tanking thing somewhat.
Changing (medium to heavy &) from critical based hunding to health based Whitesnake was wonderous in this regard.
My two questions:
1: Are there people that do bosses & their minions etc solo in NB medium stealth critical damage style, & if so how?
I'm still a dw stealth assassin at heart.
2: Is there a plan of attack to avoid things like shockwave that are hitting me for 15-35k single hit...I mean obviously other than trying to see him casting & stunning it or running like hell? Seems I'm a little blind/ignorant to some of these cast sequences.
These triple gold bosses & their respawning trash are seriously hard work or I mpossible (for me) solo, yet I know there's others with success, so avoiding these killer casts (lava whip & soul cage & fiery rain are other 15k+ favourites to die by lol) would be very useful.

Reeko✭✭✭✭Abuse cloak+surprise attack for the stun. Use mass hysteria for cc and keep dodge rolling. Tri-pots help too lol

The other thoughts I was trying but was running out of man long before I could do significant enough damage to the double or triple boss & became permanently visible...& too many trash would cause issues too. Hence trying the tank work.
I do like the crown store food & potions.
