Creating new guild purely for vet dungeons EU PS4

Looking to set up a small guild of people purely wanting to find players for group dungeons.
I am a Veteran rank 5, struggling to find other players about, but I know you must be out there somewhere. The social guild finder on PS4 is just failing to do its job, which I hope is something thats fixed in the near future, however, until then, hoping to find people on this
however there are a few requirements! (Sorry!)
Players must have a mic
must be at least vet rank 1
EU PS4 server
And have a dedicated playtime of at least 8 hours per week. Any more would be a bonus!
I myself try to get online every day for at least 4-6 hours.
