and restore to factory settings, will i still have my eso characters when i re-download it? i cant log into the psn, and im thinking about just erasing everything

Your characters are stored on eso servers. You'll have everything right where you left off when you re download it. Before you go crazy though I suggest either checking the psn website and looking at psn status, or at least calling them. Because redoing everything is going to take for ever and be a hassle. Up to you though. Good luck.

I agree, I had to do this due to a ce error I was getting, it takes an hour to initialize the ps4 and get it back up and running, then another 6 to 12 hours to redownload and install the game depending on your Internet speeds. If you want to do it I would suggest to start it about an hour before you go to bed then log in and let the eso download run all night.

what error were u getting? one where u couldnt log into psn?
