Will ps4 eso be able to use mods?

Xbox will have (some, highly limited) mods for Fallout 4. Nobody ever said anything about ESO.

I had a friend sell his ps4 and got an Xbox for that reason and I want to know if he made a huge mistake.

As far as I have seen, there are no mods planned for either Xbox One or PS4 for ESO. The PS4 will be getting mods for Fallout 4. The systems to allow that are not fully built so the PS4 version will have mods at a later date.

If you friend purchased an Xbox One for mods on ESO, he will be waiting a really long time....
