Why is my nightblade unable to attack 25% of the time?

Title pretty much says it all. I'm in the middle of 1vXing and boom....can't use any abilities. I can't do anything until all my stamina is depleted. As a sap tank, that pretty much makes me insta-dead. It's pretty much a death sentence and I end up getting t-bagged by kids with no thumbs because Zenimax has once again ruined me gameplay experience and made my character completely useless. Can we please fix this? It happened all the time on my DK when I used flawless dawnbreaker. Now it just happens whenever it wants on my NB. Seriously, this is getting old.
