Saying it will go in at a later date and then immediately saying you haven't determined whether it will go in or not is a contradiction and extremely confusing.

Nothing to do with the post being from a ZOS person, it indicates that the OP marked the reply as an 'accepted answer' to their question, it's a board feature presumably intended to show that a question has been answered to the questioner's satisfaction.
