Braton Templar Healer / Tank Hybrid Build Help

Hello to all eso community!

So been playing for a good week and a bit and this is my current build (and my main) and how i use it, just want some options and how i could improve it?
Soon ill be in the Veteran Ranks so whats would be good gears and what would be my first priority to get in the champion point system?

Magicka: 25
Health: 15
Stamina: 5

First Skill Bar
Weapon: 1h&S

Entropy - Mages Guild (Planing to morph to Structured Entropy) - Health Sustain
Repentance - Restoring Light - Health and Stamina Sustain
Puncturing Sweep - Aedric Spear - My bread and butter sustain attack
Inner Fire - Undaunted (No plan on morphing this yet feel like a skill point is better somewhere else) - My taunting skill
Blazing Shield - Aedric Spear - Defence

Devouring Swarm - Vampire - Health Sustain

I usually switch Puncturing Sweep with Breath of Life if im the tank when the dungeon is very hard.

Weapon: Restoration Staff

Magelight - Mages Guild (Planing to morph it to Inner light)
Repentance Restoring Light - Health and Stamina Support
Breath of Life - Restoring Light - Bread and Butter heal
Luminous Shards - Aedric Spear - Stamina and Magicka Support
Purifying Ritual - Restoring Light - Debuff + Heal support

Remembrance - Restoring Light - In an oh *** moment lol

I sometimes switch Magelight for Blazing shield if im the healer and its a hard dungeon

None yet but planing to get Restoring Spirit (i do put sun flar on my skill bar when questing to get exp for Dawns Warth)

Master Ritualist 1/2 (WIll make it 2/2)

Armour and Gear
Head, Shoulders, Waist, hands and feet - Light armour - Seducer
Rings - warlock
Weapons, Neck, chest and leg - anything i find as loot lol

I usually go with 5 light and 2 heavy, should i switch to 5 heavy and 2 light? if so what heavy armour skills should i invest in?

I try to put Magicka enchantment on all the gear i get.
Also when VR planing to get the healers set or finish the warlock set?

I'm on PS4 NA. I don't have a high level character yet but I've been play testing the hell out of the different classes. In MMO's I mainly prefer to heal or tank. However, I'm one of those people who can pick any class, role, and play style and make it work end game for PVE and PVP. So needless to say I've been indecisive and remade countless characters already, and I've only had the game for 2 maybe 3 weeks.

Here's my paladin build. Works very well.. Able to 2man all group dungeons so far. If you can't tell build from watching let me know. Wearing 7 heavy all passives. All passives for imperial race , and most class passives

Oh wow looks good, so what did you put on your attributes?
also what would you say are your most used skills

think im like 23magic 20health 2 stam. That build is made so me and my brother can 2man dungeons...if you watched video's i mostly use all templar heals and also resto staff regen. Try to use puncture out on everything for taunt and to downgrade enemy armor. Always have an Armor ability going, either heavy armor or later on Rune focus in restoration line. try to always keep mana up around half with resto staff. Also i like to keep main heals on sword and shield not resto staff.
