How do you feel about random trade offers? (Background story with TL;DR at end)

That stuff happens... Last night I made an alt in EP to run for a shadowsilk gem, straight outta the gate somebody rolled up and gave me a buncha gear. Some of it was vet level and although I couldn't use it, the gold came in handy.

I never had that happen in DC

Well..not sure if this counts exactly:

Our guild (EU PC) ( Imperial Trading Company) mails out freebies on spontaneous occasions and events. At the launch of B2P we camped outside the spawn house in Daggerfall and mailed all the new players free stuff. We welcomed them into Tamriel with a bang!

When Fishmas occurs, you can see our guildie ""Santie Claws" ( I'm a little dark elf helper) handing out presents in Daggerfall City.

There is usually dancing involved as well.. ( You may have seen us at the fountain /bridge/Rosy Lion in Daggerfall City)

We did get a number of mails returned, but many people mail/respond back to say thanks. I remember one person saying it was his first day in ESO and he was amazed to come across a troupe of dancers, with a band, pets and mounts- handing out freebies:) Often I pick an innocent mortal for my next meal and so they can begin the quest to join the dark legion (become a vampire ).

EDIT: What I'm saying is , from the perspective of the person giving away stuff to random players- it's enjoyable and has resulted in some awesome times!

I'm not sure. I *think* she was in Auridon at the time, but I'm not 100% on that.

If it was someone with Serenity in the name, that was her. She said it was a VR1 named TurnedTurnip or something along those lines.
