Ps4 - Can you just make 10 accounts for a personal guild bank?

Someone pointed out to me on this forum additional accounts you create dont require ps+. I made a 2nd account for free np. Anyone know if there is any reason everyone cant just get a free guild bank?

How do you create a 2nd account without buying a new game and linking it to a different playstation account?

Seems like a lot of effort to go through to be honest.

Is that sub-accounts? If not, how does the PS+ thing work....I always thought that PS+ was tied to PSN.

Which would mean that I'd need PS+ on both of my PSN accounts (EU and US) in order to play ESO on them both.

Console games don't use keys or anything, some wierd pc licensing agreement. One disc could make 1000 accounts. That's why you can rent eso on console.

Thats what I though too. But 1 ps+ membership gives ps+ to any account using that console. Give it a try.

But yeah it seems like alot of effort. Would probly take an hour. Might be worth it for some though

I guess as long as it isnt against the terms and conditions of ZOS it would be okay and I dont recall reading anything about it. Seems like a lot of work though. Might solve my altaholic condition though...

Is there a limit on the number of sub accounts per console? I may have to start over just to get a more appropriate name for this game.

And just like that I went from a max of 8 characters to 16!

Which grants me defacto inventory via the mail system.

Sub accounts is intense why not just get 9 guildies to join a guild you make and then lock them out and use that as a huge bank for yourself?

Only thing is you need to keep 10 people in the guild, if someone leaves and the number goes under 10 you lose the ability to deposit into the bank until there is a 10th member again.

It takes way WAY longer than an hour to make 9 extra email accounts, link them to Xbox, then link them to eso, then play all nine of their coldharbor tutorials. Then sending the invites, then accepting all invites. Then confirming all the accounts in their respective emails...

It's not for the faint of heart, but it does work. Just do not automate the process, or use bots, and its hunky dory from my understanding. And yeah, It's virtually the only good/cool thing that console can do but not pc, so before any pc players say it's not fair, please please bear in mind that we get 0 addons of any sort. Unfair yes, but I'll take it in liou of addons/ or more options.

And remember friends, it's not a war between console/pc and our servers don't touch, so lets all get along here (I put this in preemptively as I could see this being a touchy subject).

Seems like an exploit to me. Which would be a violation of the terms of service.

That is exactly what I did.
I needed the extra bank space badly when I first started playing.
And, in every other MMO I have ever played there have always been benefits of having multiple accounts.
(Plus, I like to have ways to play without everybody knowing it is me...for when I just want to be left alone for a bit.)
So, since I already had 7 PSN accounts, I just made 3 new ones and got the free bank space.
For a while my alternate "seat filler" accounts even had their own rank in my guild. (lol)

It also helped to get the guild store at 40 members instead of needing an actual 50 members.

Just a little note....

You don't have to finish the Prison to join a guild.
In fact, several of my alternate accounts are still in the original spawning room in the prison, and have never even opened the first cell door, and they are in my guild.

Also...you do not need to confirm the accounts through ZOS either.
They say they send a verification email, but I have never verified any account except my main, and one alternate.
And, all ten of my accounts are still in my guild, and active accounts.

I guess this explains why character slots and bank slots aren't crown store items.
Who would buy them if you can make 100 accounts and have unlimited inventory and character slots?

I can't believe anyone would say this isn't worth the 1 hour effort to get a guild bank (500 slots).

On PC, I spend more than an hour every few days just flipping between my characters to move inventory around. And I don't even play that much.

@Mighty_oakk Does that include digital purchase? I don't have the disc, I digitally-bought it on PS so that it lets me share the game with my bro.
