Cyrodiil ever since ZOS implemented the awesome Matrix slow down effect/bullet time that is not accessible in other zones.

I never answer this question the same way twice, but I think my current favourites are Bangkorai, Greenshade and Betnikh for the landscapes, Rivenspire for the story, The Rift for the nostalgia, and Reaper's March for the architecture.

Alik'r Desert I love the most. I'm a big fan of sand and desert areas.
I hate Grahtwood though. I don't mind trees, the idea is kinda cool, but the infrastructure sucks there. Wanna get somewhere? Climb a tree for half an hour.

I started off at Stros M'kai and it was ok. Betnikh was alright. I spent soooo much time in Glenumbra because I was such a newb and it felt so large with endless quests. I breezed through Stormhaven and Rivenspire before eventually arriving at the Alik'r desert which was easily my favorite. I'm currently in Bangkorai and it doesn't feel like its part of hammerfell.

@Scorpio_Alik'ri Only the southern half of Bangkorai is in Hammerfell. The northern half is in High Rock (and feels just like Stormhaven).

Rivenspire!

So much atmosphere just walking towards and through the big wall, talking to npc's on the way.

Everything in this zone feels perfect to the overall story theme. The entire zone just screams dispair and war, and is even very diverse; desert/arid, rolling hills, a pretty eastern castle-town, elegant aylied ruins etc.

The first zone that fullheartedly immersed me into it's overall story

Eastmarch as many have said is just gorgeous.... though I Also like The Rift for similar reasons.

Stros M'Kai is kinda nice as well... it always surprises me when I go back as to how nice it is.

Though I would love to love Auridon... the mixture of lush green woodland, beautiful beaches... but I just hate it...
