    I was billed on the 1st, and received an email that they went through. I submitted a ticket and received an auto response from ZOS to contact Microsoft. Microsoft said to contact ZOS....I have attachments supporting my info, and still no crown points

    Same here. They have been sending me back and forth for 6 days now.

    In still waiting for mine. But to be fair they have to investigate to find the problem, to see if your not pulling their leg so to speak and have got them etc. I admit tho it does take too long. Mines been investigated for a week now. Renewed on the 12th. First time it's happened tho. I'm not too bothered tho asking as I get them in the end.

    here's a tip forum will not help you get crowns submit a ticket and wait the crowns are screwy on xbox for some reason but it is a known problem

    I had a slightly different issue where I outright purchased crowns, I received email confirmation for the charge, but no crowns. I hopped on the xbox site and chatted with a customer service rep and they had it cleared up within hours. They did have to submit a claim to Bethesda but it was taken care of quickly. This is the second time I've had to work with MS/xbox through chat and it always goes well. Not sure how you submitted your ticket, but I thought I'd throw that out there.

    I talked to xbox and the billing says the 27th instead of the 19th so that is when the bill comes out. But if my crowns are not here on the 27th then you hear from me again. I know how to bush Zos buttons I have had 2 threads deleted because of this, this comapny needs to learn to be more people friendly than the generic message crap they send out when they take away threads. If this thread goes down I will start up another one so I am NOT going away.

    I have a ticket, but 3 times now I have been told to submit the exact same documents I have been submitting all along. It makes me think they are just copy and pasting a general reply with out looking at the documentation....
