golden keys

I was doing the daily vet dungeon with a group today. They all got keys, I didn't. what am I doing wrong? Sorry for the noob question...

Did you actually have the pledge quest in your journal? Did you get a silver key? No key at all?

You have to pick up the daily pledges (normal and/or veteran) at the Undaunted Enclave in your alliance's capital city (AD=Eldenroot, DC=Wayrest, EP=Mournhold).
