Transfer Stuff Over Servers

I'm on PS4 (Euro) but I wondered if there is a way to transfer stuff - money, items, weapons, etc - to my new character on the other (US) Server?

Also, if I have 2 characters on the same server and I buy 1 horse, can they share it or do I need to buy a horse for each character?

Mounts are shared. Stable skills are not.

Does that go for both buying a horse through the Crown Store as well as from a Stable?

Yes, any mount skin is shared amongst all your characters.
