Has anyone experienced the latest bug that basically delays every single action you make by a few seconds roughly ?
It effects everything you could possibly do in the game,
-kill enemy wait few seconds to loot
-use one ability , need to wait a few more to use the second
-sprinting on horses is delayed
- dialog can't be skipped by tapping x now you need to wait a good few secs before you can skip
- shield bashing is unbelievably slow, I would guess around 3 bashes per 5 seconds
- Swapping weapons takes a good 2-3 seconds

I never actually noticed this bug until the latest update but I have been having loads of problems , it's soooooo annoying AOS have a good chance at killing you dew to abilities not working when acctivated.
Anyone else encountered this bug a simple yes or no will do thanks

✭I figure it was just the lag, since when it lags that phenomenon occur. I have it every time I play in cyro
But yeah I noticed it more when you are not in the most stressed areas.Moons and sands shall be your guide and path.

All of the NPCs of Tamriel got together long ago to try to figure out a solution to their mass murders. After much debate, and experimenting, they ultimately came up with a device that can increase a players latency to ridiculous levels. While this didn't exactly solve their issue it sometimes gives them enough time to escape, fight back, or even laugh as they are slaughtered.
This Exploit is known to affect:
-Horse Riding.
-Skill Usage.
-Ultimate Usage.
-General Walking About.
-Wayshire Travel.
-Loading Sceens.
-Chat Dialogue.
-Potion Usage.
-Fishing.
-AFK'ing.
-All Things You Ever Try To Do, Ever.
In the mean time the hard working developers at Zenimax are trying to figure out a way to deactivate the dreadful Latency Exploit, or at least claim to be. This process could take months or even years. Good luck with your travels through Tamriel.

✭✭✭✭✭I call it "inattentiveness" and I see it from time to time. Most recently, in the middle of a fight with Mannimarco while all of his minions were (successfully) trying to kill me because I could not do a weapon swap to save my life. 1 -

✭Yep. I can go afk for a few minutes, come back... and it's like I'm watching an ESO slideshow. As others have mentioned, relogging helps... for a short while. Weird thing is, there have been days here and there where the game runs smoothly. I can play it for hours without issie. Then the next it's the game of relogging every so often to fix the lag. My definition of "lag" is when the game jumps and is on the verge of crashing, this is not the case what so ever with the bug .0 -

Well, your definition of lag only covers one possible effect of lag. In fact, what you're experiencing CAN be caused by lag, whether you like it or not. And lag is not something that can be wholly fixed by ZOS. You can call it a bug all you want, but just because you call it one does not make it so.1 -
