Sending mail to guild mates and trading

I'm having trouble sending mail to some of my guild mates and even trading , is there something I'm missing . I get the msg error there is no player by that name , also armor I have created I can't trade or mail to guild mates . Any ideas

sounds like you got softban, it means all you social interactions are dissables. send a ticked to support

Do the players you are trying to send items to have spaces in their account names? I've heard this is a problem on console currently (i.e. the game not being able to find account names with spaces)...Or is it everyone you can't mail or trade with?

Thanks for the response , I go to the guild roster and select mail player so I don't have to type their name and it comes up error , so I try physically typing and I get the same . Just an hour ago I was able to construct a shield and trade to a random player with no problem , do you think there is a setting that maybe the other players have on that's prevents trading and mail ?

Its a bug in the game, I get it as well. Ive only been able to send mail to one guy in particular, other than that I get the same "player with that name does not exist" msg every time even if they don't have spaces in their name. The only workaround that I know of is to just meet up with the person and trade directly
