    @Asherons_Call

There are only 3 food types and 3 drinks.

This means you can have the single character have points spent in the multiple-per-craft skill. and use him to supply all your toons.

Make up a batch of each and put em on the characters (10 or 20 of each food on each character) It takes 5 mins to make em all.

I say this because the time to log into the inn in Craglorn pissed me off, far quicker to just have them made.

PS, you need to have skills to 50 and points spent in the skill to allow the character to make vr10 foods (obviously)

PPS Asheron's Call is the best MMORPG ever made, ever

Thanks for the tip Tors! I thought the food had to be crafted on the spot like they make you do with other writ items. My problem is that I don't have all of the food writ items memorized so not sure on what to stockpile. Is there a chart somewhere that shows each tier of provisioning writs?

And yes, AC was and still is the best MMORPG ever made, even at 16 years old. They did everything right. I loved their monthly updates with added quests, lore, items, mobs, etc etc etc. they never missed a patch in all of those years! I used to be a regular on Maggie the jackcat's website to learn about the new stuff. The greatest thing in my opinion was the lack of quest markers and arrows pointing you to your next quest. No hand holding, no dumbed down content.

I have all the food and drink needed in the bank for my 8 characters. Same for potions, though I often skip alchemy for characters who have a higher prov writ level than alchemy. I can do all these writs in 15-30 minutes, which also includes putting stuff back in bank, having the correct alt hold mats, and horse leveling for 7 alts.

What takes a lot of time is the gear writs that I do with one alt. I usually have my main scavenge mats in Craglorn, especially wood. I might only do these for another week since my alt is almost at 50 in the 3 gear skill lines and I'm getting tired of writs. My goal was to use my main for crafting gear and the alt for improving. Now that I can do that, it is time to maybe spend more time doing more interesting things.

Some days I just do prov writs for 3 vet characters, which takes a few minutes, most of which is loading screens. Add a minute per character if I decide to deposit mats in the bank.

Buy it at a guild store. Someone will have it on sale.

If you do writs on multiple characters, you will end up with many copies of all the green recipes. Every day I post a few for sale. I also sell all my blues and purples unless my main and my provisioner alt need them. Writs will have you swimming in recipes. You will also never lack provisioning mats with that and maybe a few hirelings.

It depends. Because I have an RP thing going with my friends I do all of the Woodworking, Blacksmithing and Provisioning Writs. Still haven't finished a single Provisioning Writ (level 46) but Woodworking and Blacksmithing take 10 minutes at the most. Sometimes their down in about 2.

I do the same thing. All my alts are stocked up on food drinks and runes needed to complete writs. I keep makko oko and kura runes in the bank and deni denima rede and ta runes on each alt. That way all I have to do is craft a glyph and turn in both writs. I havent done alchemy writs in a long time. Wondering if I should even be bothered with them...

Not having a place to purchase recipes from is idiotic. Why are there not white level ones used for those beginning writs?

Provisioning, alchemy and enchant is a cake walk. Very seldome ever need to craft for these. Just run to deliver. Blacksmith, wood and clothing on the other hand is a pain. Using almost a whole stack of mats everday for these is insane. I mean seriously, craft nine items? For what? To get a crappy white weapon back and a tiny chance to get a survey that never yields anything. It doesn't take long to clean out 1000 ore, wood or cloth with these. They need to reduce this down to maybe two or three items. Don't understand why provisioning, alchemy and enchanting have it so easy.

You must use a microwave to do the provisioning writs lol.

No, my provisioning and alchemy writs take about 45 seconds each, per day. The exception are days when I don't actually have the food or potions ready, that takes a little longer, maybe two minutes tops.

Excluding days when I'm out of resources (like, this morning) finishing off all the writs takes about 10 minutes for my entire account.

Why cant i ever find the recipes it wants? My prov is fifty, i have a bank full of mats, tons of recipes... All useless

Everytime another one of my characters hits VR14, I park them in Craglorn for doing writs (I'm a single player and this IS my endgame..). It's now 5 characters, and when I also get several surveys from writs, it takes even longer to finish that for the day until I can start to "actually play" with another character that I want to level. One of these 5 is also refining materials and does equipment writs additional to the consumables writs (the other 4 only do consumables), so yeah, it takes a while ;)
