HI folks. Really a question directed at @ZOS_JessicaFolsom or @ZOS_GinaBruno if I may...
What actual TIMES is the DLC available to purchase/download/install?
I ask as in the UK, the 31st is actually a Bank Holiday and therefore, from a demographics perspective, you would see a MASSIVE peak in players on that day, inclusive of the DLC which always looks good fora EU Press Release
Could you guys make it as early as possible please? 12.01am GMT on the 31st would work best for most I think
Also, will there be a chance to "pre-purchase/download" a day or two before as it's going to be a MASSIVE download?

So far I do not think they have said anything. But usually mmo's do their download for the date on the calendar for the part of the world the company is in. So that means you get it on September 1st if they go by that model since the company is American. But here's hoping for ya over there in EU land.0 -

Very clearly states PC/MAC for the 31st. One would assume a global release on the 31st, more than likely geared to the East Coast - which again sucks for EU...but who knows Staggered might be the best option if DONE RIGHT! 01.09.2015 03:00/04:00 AM should start the EU update. It should require (guessing) 5 hours to pacth the Server with IC.
01.09.2015 09:00/10:00 AM the Server should be back online for EU#makemagickadkgreataigan

✭It will be the regular update time as always. It will likely take a few hours for the server to be updated and then depending on the speed of your Internet, a few hours to download the patch. They are not doing anything special for the patch outside of the normal. The EU server is usually updated at 10 pm EDT, so that is when it will be patched. If the PTS is a good indicator, it was six hours offline for maintenance and patch deployment.
Yes, I understand the frustration about the patch coming the day after a bank holiday, but it is a Monday and most people have weekends off. I suspect that they will need to have as many people on hand for patch deployment. I suspect that with my internet, I won't be able able to log in until 9 pm, a full 12 hours after the server goes down. Look at it this way, you will be getting the IC weeks ahead of the consoles.0 -

It will get released. No doubt about it. They put it on PTS to find the minors flaws their QA missed but once it's on PTS it's a done deal regardless of player feedback.
