Does crystal fragments need to be on both bars for it to proc? It's on my first bar, I use 2nd bar as buffs/debuffs. Can I still proc it without it being on my 2nd bar?

✭✭✭✭✭No it doesn't need to be in both bars, but it will only proc on the bar you're casting spells from. You can still weapon swap while it's procced and flick back to the bar with frags as well.0 -
