Just wondering if anyone else is having issues?
I have tried dual wield and even two hander. I attack with cloak and surprise attack and set them off balance (Animation shows they are off balance) I then attack with a heavy attack to knockdown the target but it does not work. I have tried it in PVP and PVE.
I read back in 2014 that it was broken at one time....Can anyone give me some insight?

Reeko✭✭✭✭Idk what you mean? Surprise attacks stuns. You can only knock down with heavy after you block a heavy.0 -
Camdenhuffmanub17_ESOSoul ShrivenIt also states it puts them off balance for 4 seconds - I thought when the target was off balance you could knockdown with heavy attack0
