I've been an ESO plus member since xbox one launch. Every month on the 9th they charge me and have no problems taking my money. Now I'm not even getting the crowns I'm suppose to get with my subscriptions. I must've created 3 or 4 tickets regarding the issue and the only reaponse I get from "support" is "it takes up to 48 hours and to log out to get crowns". Ummmmmm.......it's been a week now? Without the crowns ESO PLUS IS NOT WORTH IT. Issue needs to be fixed.

    Unfortunately, you are taking a risk with their apparent current disarray of customer support/billing.
    And how long ago did the consoles launch? You're making it sound like it's been longer than I think its been.
    If you didn't get what you paid for, call your bank and see if they can cancel that charge (I'm not sure how long you have to cancel, it may or may not work).

    2 and half months ago. I wasn't trying to strees the amount of time ive been a member, just how invested i am in the game. I Just want the crowns and if players are thinking about getting eso plus then they should know what issues they can get themselves into. That's all

    The same thing is happening to me as well. I don't feel I should have to submit a ticket because there are enough people complaining about it here. I was billed last week, email states I would receive on Sunday and today is Wednesday, and still no points.
    It's also the second time I've been screwed out of an exclusive mount due to ESO points arriving late

    They done the same thing to me and my m8 they will tell you that the second lot of crowns you got in the first month is actually the second months crowns early.....it's absolute rubbish there is clearly a problem and will try to fob you off I'm 3 months in and only got 2 months worth of crowns ....yay...... if they do sort it out though ill post again

    You say it has been a week, but have you logged out yet?

    Several guild mates of mine have been running into this issue. One spent a couple hours with Microsoft/Xbox Support. After a ton of frustrated dialogue, the Xbox Support Rep found that, on their end, their billing system showed his ESO+ Payment as "pending", even though they tried processing it at the first of the month and tried several more times. They refreshed their end and found the payment changed from "pending" to "completed" or "payment received". I'm waiting to hear back from him to see if the refresh has resulted in receiving his crowns. I'll update this post when I have more info, however.

    This may be something you want to try and specifically tell Microsoft: "that the money cleared your account and hasn't posted to your purchase history. ask them to refresh your account and see if they received payment". Assuming your bank account history shows the payment was subtracted/paid to M$.

    I went to the website and sent a ticket and got a reply instantly the tickets on the console are garbage just do them on there
