Earlier my group and I experienced a pretty bad glitch and we all submitted support tickets via the in game help menu. I managed to get the whole incident recorded via the xbox game DVR and uploaded to onedrive and was wondering how I can get this video attached to the support ticket I already have open. My ticket number is 15020-000077.
In essence, the Dragonstar Arena final boss flipped himself into a solid wall and proceeded to become unkillable and the fight would not reset, even after we force wiped.
Fun stuff.
