Strange resource regeneration glitch

So I was leveling up in Shadowfen, when something strange started happening. I absolutely could not deplete my stamina or magicka pools. They seemed to have regeneration values over 5k. I also made a video of it.

My game crashed shortly after making the video, but I was wondering if the regen bug would happen if I moved to a new zone too. Since, as far as I can tell, the bugged regeneration values only happened when I was 'in combat'.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Last night I tried something on my iconclast (Magic DK in Heavy Armor with a Destro Staff and Sword and Board) He is running 5 piece Seducer and 5 Piece Soul Shine. I swapped out the Kuta Regen Glyphs on the Jewelery for Kuta Spell cost reduction glyphs. While my magic regen dropped from 1436 to 1208, my spell costs went down almost 650 points. While I could move my Magic bar while tanking public dungeons, I never dropped below half. I actually could not spam spells fast enough to really deplete my magic.
I think cost reduction is mo betta than regen increases, at least in PvE.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
