DK Tank - Engine Guardian boss fight help

I've geared up a tank, 5 piece seducers, 5 piece footmans, 2 piece alessia's bulwark.

Now, I want to work towards the engine guardian helm/shoulders, and I don't want to be completely useless in the boss fight.
The other twist is the fact I have zero money right now.

What is the best way for me to become effective in this boss fight without spending money?

Would it be best for me to just glyph my seducers with magicka, use the magicka mundus stone and use a destro staff?
Also, any skill suggestions for my bar would be great.

Currently at work and hoping to start running a few dungeons when I get home, so any help would be appreciated.

PS, crafting new sets is an option. i've got plenty of skill points, i just don't want to swap out my footmans gear etc because i'm being lazy and i'm broke.

Hmm well the only thing the tank needs to taunt is the adds, group them together with chains for your dps to kill them.

Have corrosive armor or the other morph on just incase someone gets killed.

Yeah a desto staff on swap would be fine, just medium weave attacks with crushing shock or the other morph.

Just make sure to gain the adds aggro and group them up.
